Daily Duties at Boston University Computational Electronics Lab:

• Created Fortran code necessary for the modeling of behavior of solid state devices on a nanoscale level using Monte Carlo methods. • Performed statistical analysis on large datasets to compute noise, bandwidth and gain characteristics and to evaluate non-linear effects in photodetectors. • Designed planar Focal Plane Arrays (FPA) using Synopsis Sentaurus simulation tools. FPAs were specifically engineered for the purposes of infrared (IR) photo detection. • Simulated the characteristics of a custom designed Silicon LED. The device has been manufactured and is currently being characterized. • Teaching Assistant for M.S. level class in semiconductors, covering lectures for 30 hours
