Led a 12 person sales and business development organization that achieved $65M-$85M a year in revenue, focused on Eastern European and Russian emerging markets. Responsible for StarCapital and subsidiary NetworkStar Systems, Ltd., a VAR program growing revenue in Russia with MTS from $32M in FY’04 to $65M in FY’05. New market expansion in Adriatic region was achieved through channel partners developing into $25M year over year revenue growth for the region.
