I managed the calendar and scheduled meetings for Ambassador Mitchell Reiss, Director of Policy Planning and Deputy Director Barry Lowenkron. In this position I was able to edit correspondence for Ambassador Reiss and other members of the Policy Planning Staff ensuring proper format. Provided general administrative support to all staff as required including miscellaneous reimbursements and conference logistics. Ensured staff members have necessary visas before international travel. Interacted regularly with high-level officials both on the phone and in person.Performs in-depth quantitative analyses of supply and demand, working closely with the Executive Director and Deputy Director to ensure accurate projections and sufficient lead times for all orders.
