Prepared reports and briefings on results of studies and is responsible for the collection, interpretation, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data relevant to programs being evaluated. Developed procedures and systems for establishing, operating, and assessing the effectiveness of administrative control systems. Utilized and managed the best methods to search for new applicants. Helped draft position discriptions for new employees. Advised management on the structing of positions and the assignment of personnel. Evaluated and/or monitored audits, inspections, or management of internal control reviews and also resolves audit/inspection activities for organizations agency-wide. Evaluated processes or makes recommendations for effective organizational changes. Served as a team leader for region-wide studies or projects with significant changes. Participates in management assessments and provides in-depth understanding of contract terms to ensure headquarters offices, agencies and centers receive full value from contracted functions. Monitored contract performance on Directorate-wide and headquarters’ cost-plus, labor-hour and performance-based contracts, maintaining liaison with Director and Center Director Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs). Arranges, coordinates and participates in conferences, visits and/or oral presentations related to contract proposals and oversight. organized and help conduct technical evaluations, including developing the scoring sheets, working closely with other staffing agencies and staffs within the Directorate. Prepared reports on Personnel Statistics to staff and managers. providing analytical support to senior staff in reviewing, analyzing, and editing documents; including correspondence, advising senior managers based on knowledge of current issues, legislation, and regulations, relating to administrative security support ; using knowledge of personnel security related concepts, principles and practices to complete assignments involving writing and editing documents to develop authoritative information on the programs, policies, and functions; and applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified approaches.
