Daily Duties at Mastec :
Work closely and effectively with the Customer, Field Supervisors, Satellite Installation Responsibilities also include working with all levels within a fast paced and deadline Overseeing daily paperwork and working with Payroll Dept in verifying submitted information Answering incoming calls. Ensure operation of office equipment by completing or arranging for preventative maintenance as well as troubleshooting malfunction Monitoring CSR’s work answering incoming calls Monitoring work force., Dispatch/Call Center and Operation Management to ensure Track techs-call tech to assist with notes, w/o closures, locating customers’ residences etc.
