Daily Duties at Ibm:
Worked as a back up to the training coordinator when needed. Help with training customer service representatives on one of IBM’s largest accounts Build and design training material for customer service representatives. Handle customer service complaints from customers who were not satisfied. Work trouble tickets that come through an automated online system.
