Assisted in the development of the SureCell Chlamydia Rapid Test for the hospital laboratory and doctor’s office markets, photographic film emulsion formulation, and coating development and analysis. Additional skills obtained from all R&D positions held in the following disciplines: Preparation of media, reagents, buffers; streak for isolation, microorganism identification and serial dilution; establishing and maintaining primary tissue/organ cultures and cell lines using stationary and hollow fiber bioreactor technology; cryopreservation; SDS-PAGE and agarose gel electrophoresis; 2D gel electrophoresis; thin-layer chromatography; HPLC; ELISA assays; UV/Vis spectrophotometry; statistical analysis, maintenance of scientific data/records and preparation of research reports; proficient computer skills.
