Daily Duties at Archi+Tectonic Inc. Architects:
Worked on numerous projects including but not limited to the following; industrial projects, commercial and retail. Duties include: â– Determined physical parameters that would most efficiently, productively and aesthetically meet the clients' needs. â– Designed the entire layout of building, exterior and interior design in many cases, determined the building program according to owner's need. â– Oversaw construction of projects at different phases of completion. â– Coordinated project with a construction company and manufacturing representative to provide the most cost effective solution for construction. â– Code (local and national) study, research and reviews with local officials at city hall
