• Manage over 285 Mutual Funds accounts • Coordinated and implemented various billing procedures and control functions. • Compiled and calculated average monthly market and net asset value in excess of $30 billion dollars • Establish and converted various rates according to fee agreement. • Investigate and resolved billing discrepancies in a timely manner. • Reconcile daily general ledger accounts for the department. • Generate statistical reports showing general ledger account activity, including all internal debit and credit tickets. • Interacted with Relationship Managers, and Accounting departments.
