• Identified patient recruitment vendors locally and internationally • Performed business qualifications and feasibility assessments for new vendors • Initiated Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDA’s) between Merck and outside vendors • Negotiated the contracting process between sponsor and vendors through PIF’s, RFI’s and RFP’s, Drafted RFI’s and RFP’s for vendors • Performed detailed evaluation of vendor proposals and study budgets • Developed pricing benchmarks for each vendor; negotiated best pricing offer with vendors and rebid • Developed an informational database for Merck • Assisted with drafting Clinical Service Agreements and Master Service Agreements • Developed Project Timelines for each study and vendor • Involved in the selection and approval of vendors locally and internationally
