Daily Duties at Mci World Com:

Managed 6 Internet Hosting Data Centers in the Southwest region. Sites included locations in Dallas, Houston, Denver, San Jose and Los Angeles. Responsibilities included the oversight of each of the builds from start to commissioning, staffing each site from management to entry level technicians, managing day to day operations and working with Sales and Marketing to influence potential customer expectations in the sales cycle.  Primary lead in developing and implementing Capacity Planning processes.  Led and implemented Change Control Process across all Data Centers in the U.S.  Led the effort to select a Managed Storage partner for selected Data Centers with large footprint of Colocation Customers.  Developed Standard Operations Procedure Model for all U.S. and U.K. Data Centers.
