 Professional Services CBTS had 50+ Staff Augmentation resources dedicated to the account serving in various capacities ranging from Project, Process and Transformation Management.  Data Center CBTS provided Data Center floor space for Colocation equipment.  Hardware Resale As a Value Added Reseller for various vendors, CBTS procured various pieces of Hardware for BT i.e. Cisco Routers, Switches and Phones, HP Servers among others.  Voice Services CBTS assisted BT deliver services to over 55,000 voice ports utilizing various vendor technologies i.e. Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and Ericson. Successfully rebuilt the Solutions Practice within CBTS. Quickly developed a plan around the “Is” Process and the “Should” Process. Once deployed, the team was engaged on potential opportunities that were pre-qualified at $25,000 or more per month in top line revenue. Utilizing People, Process and Technology, CBTS was able to shorten the sales cycle by several months. It also gave CBTS credibility in the IT Outsourcing community as a viable partner for Medium to Fortune 100 companies.
