• Customer Care: • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and agencies. • Manage, control and develop their advertising campaigns. Assist with execution including launching, monitoring, analyzing and communicating effective and ineffective areas of a campaign. • Effectively maintain client expectations and meet key deadlines. Customer’s constant feedback and close relationship to ensure good satisfaction. • The 90% of my costumers were banking and brokerage international companies, such as SAXO BANK, GFT, Forex Capital Markets, FX Solutions, Wachovia. • Work effectively with a variety of internal teams, including copywriters and Engineering technicians. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, contraction, billing and invoicing. • Business development: • Find new opportunities and products. • Expand personal and team knowledge of new and upcoming products. • Participating in the most important FOREX Conferences to make visible our brand, analyse and understand users’ behaviour and capture clients needs.
