Daily Duties at United States Army:

• Managed and Maintained 22 circuits responsible for secure Internet, non-secure Internet, and Video Teleconferencing for over 3,000 subscribers in South and Central America; conducted network performance analysis (SolarWinds/HQ Viewer), system degradation analysis, and Information Assurance analysis. •Responsible for briefing status updates to high ranking Key Stakeholders on Network status, Network Intrusion attempts, Network Outages, upcoming planned outages, and hardware/software maintenance or update issues; created Network Usage Dashboards, Scorecards, Charts and Graphs using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint tools for status update presentations • Conducted network intrusion analysis and created data flow scenarios; advised key leadership on intrusion risk and developed counteraction plans; created key performance indicators/benchmarks using system metadata to measure potential network security risk • Developed business requirements for specific data intrusion prevention needs; facilitated classified JAD sessions and follow stringent regulatory and compliance guidelines
