Daily Duties at United States Army:

• Served as Project Officer for the Defense Training Management Implementation, established a detailed Project and Risk Assessment/Risk Mitigation plan. Managed Project Milestones and initiated a Stakeholder Quality Satisfaction Process. • Senior Project Officer for Augusta in Army Boots Project, a civilian exposure to the US Army program; procured resources, created project schedule and milestones, implemented risk mitigation plan and conducted lessons learned meetings. • Formulated supply and equipment accountability workflow system using the Army’s SharePoint functionality; which decreased Financial Liability Investigations by 100%. • Served as Brigade Liaison Officer for a deploying National Guard Communication Unit coordinating hardware/software procurement and upgrades, hardware/software validation and tactical network operations training; the unit successfully deployed as the first National Guard Unit to control the communications for the Baghdad Area of Operations. •Planned and implemented efficient training rotations for high ranking Brigade Staff; coordinated with their aids for orchestrating training opportunities in condensed scheduling windows.
