• Supervised the Change Management Process for the Reporting and Performance Management Project; monitored Scope and Requirement changes while balancing internal Business Unit and third party vendor needs. • Developed Business Requirements for Aflac Workplace Homepage and Aflac Employee Directory (Microsoft SharePoint Solution); Facilitated Business needs sessions, formulated use cases, and created current/future state process flows which assisted in quick requirement completion and ensured Key Stakeholders ROI. • Project Manager for the Strategic Partnership Mail Processing Project; managing external and internal resources, project milestones, project timeline, and SDLC. • Served as Project Manager for the SCLogic Implementation Project; managed the implementation of the SCLogic Software Solution for an external strategic partner and its integration into Aflac’s Information Architecture. • Created SharePoint User and Reference Guides for company-wide distribution; assisting in the education and adoption of MS SharePoint by multiple Business Units internal and external to IT. • Served as the Marketing/Information Technology Liaison for the Aflac.com Redesign Project; ensured customer satisfaction and user adoptability; resulting in aflac.com winning a Webby Award for Health Insurance Company websites • Created and altered “on going” Agent Commission, Deduction and Insurance Premium dynamic reports to analyze Aflac Agent’s commissions and deductions (utilized Business Objects and MOBIUS reporting software); produced ad hoc Business Operations reports “on demand” using SQL queries. • Developed various MS SharePoint project, department and team sites which enabled participants to create and store documents, track task/issues, communicate milestones and share ideas • Coordinated Software System/Performance/Functionality Testing for Aflac’s Agents Reporting and Performance Management Software, which included tracking defects (Mercury’s Test Director) Business Unit validation testing, internal and third party defect resolution, regression testing, and continuous status update presentations to Key Project Executives.
