•Manage Contractor and Global Resource acquisition and project assignment allocation; reducing testing and project resource overhead cost • Establish and manage Contractor onboarding/offboarding process for local and global resources; streamlining the effort of management and reducing transition time from the employment offer to the start of work • Oversee the Enterprise Testing Organization’s budget and forecasting projections; managing Global Strategic Partners’ Statement of Work and General Ledger transactions
