- Team Lead for Quality Assurance testing and functional requirements. Accountable for the design and implementation of traffic processing and testing for cable company partners. Created quality assurance processes and measures for local traffic processing in the billing applications Responsible for the coordination of projects between team members Facilitated monthly review meetings of projects with all team members Subject Matter Expert for end-to-end traffic processing and cable partner processing within the local billing applications Responsible for the end-to-end functionality of cable processing within the local billing applications Responsible for performing functional, integration and regression testing of the local billing applications Work with IT development teams to ensure requirements are accurate, within scope and within budget Work with billing operations to ensure requirements and testing meet expectations of the business
