- Project Manager for corporate releases - Local and Long Distance billing applications Facilitated project review meetings with Operations and IT teams to gain scope, schedule and financial status of IT projects Acted as a subject matter expert on the creation of a new mediation platform for Long Distance traffic processing and bill interfacing processes Responsible for identifying requirements in the end-to-end processing of the Long Distance and Local Billing applications, including Treasury, Collections, Fraud, Finance, and Web interfacing applications. Developed project training programs for new project management and testing methodology platforms Defined and facilitated the new project processes and procedures for the Billing Operations teams Created quality assurance processes and measures for a new testing platform Managed vendor processes and timelines for projects associated with the LD Mediation platform Coordinated the business, functional, design, and testing requirements for multiple corporate release projects Supported contract negotiations with Network Traffic vendors by reviewing and defining contract language specific to billing and usage record exchange Managed re-branding and application consolidation efforts post spin-off for the local billing applications Transition team representative, working with IT and operations staff during company merger
