Daily Duties at Mercy Care Health System:
Responsible for implementing and maintaining formal Quality Improvement Program for the Health Plan. Ensure compliance for NCQA accreditation, General Motors performance requirements, and Medicaid performance contract elements Designing, executing, analysis, and reporting of quality initiatives including HEDIS® and CAHPS® outcomes Consultation to Senior Management to identify and evaluate service & process quality initiatives Produce timely, accurate, and high quality executive summaries, RFI’s/RFP’s to assist the organization in overall growth and development Liaison role to NCQA, General Motors, DHFS, Division of HealthCare Financing, Mercy Health System Partners
