Acquisition of new households, new banking relationship, new accounts, deposits and sales of banking products including loans, as well as deepen and enhance existing relationship. Provide excellent customer service. Identify opportunities to turn service issues into sales. Assisted branch manager to conduct daily huddles, observations, and reports and making sure the branch was operationally sound.
