Daily Duties at Vata Comm Voice And Data Communications:
Design, install, and maintain data and voice telecommunications infrastructures, including hardwiring computer networks, telephone networks, fiber optics networks, ISDN, VOIP networks from inception through completion. With an emphasis on Cat.5, Cat.5E, Cat 6, Cat.6E, and 10 GIG copper, Multi-mode and Single mode fiber. Plan, organize, direct, and deliver multiple, simultaneous projects, overseeing up to 10 staff and 20+ union contractors in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; responsible for project profitability. Build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Develop and manage, with hands-on involvement, aggressive schedules and budgets that ensure strong profits. Mentor, motivate, and lead cohesive teams of professional, conscientious personnel. Run day to day operations of a business.
