Daily Duties at Zixcorporation:

Managed a group of 25 resources consisting of a 24x7 Network Operations Center, Data Center facilities, Network Engineering and Information Security Office. Through implementing various changes, the Operations group met all of its SLA targets of 99.99% while reducing operating costs at 25%. Implemented Cisco IP Telephony across all 5 branches in North America. This provided large cost savings to the company in voice costs as well as optimized efficiencies for the Call Center. All IT systems within the finance group achieved the required SOX 404 compliance.
