Daily Duties at Capital District Physicians' Health Plan:
Provide key leadership to corporate learning and development staff and direct Corporate Academy operations. Optimize skills-based orientation, training, and consulting programs in support of strategic and operational goals for a 700+ employee health insurance firm. Integrate training and development within human capital management processes to drive measurable results in performance improvement, business analytics, on boarding, retention, and succession planning. Develop and facilitate end-to-end change readiness and continuous improvement projects using Lean and PDCA processes. Coordinate College Bound Program and write regular corporate column.
