Daily Duties at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, Llp:
Interface with clients, corporate minutes, update minute books, initially draft SEC documents, mergers, acquisitions and transactional matters. Prepare administrative records for real estate transaction and track city counsel meetings for building approval. John Stoner, Esq. left and my billable hours went down due to his leaving. Just as this occurred I received a phone call from Susan Koch and was hired away to be in charge of mortgage licensing.
