Daily Duties at Do Itt (The City Of New York):
My role was to support the city's 1200+ servers (physical and virtual) and respond to any alerts / anomalies and make sure that any issues (anything problem with Windows on server side or physical or virtual) were resolved expeditiously. Responded and resolved in Remedy trouble tickets, rack servers, kept inventory, user support, assisted with major network changes, performed QAs on servers, monthly maintenance of running Windows and HP updates. Was part of 24//7 emergency on call team.
