Daily Duties at Thunderbird School Of Global Management:

Provides and prepares both event planning and on-site logistical support for Thunderbird Corporate Learning with the focus on Language and Culture program operations. Prepares and ensures accuracy for all logistical arrangements for programs by communicating closely with Corporate Learning operations team, Thunderbird faculty as well as other campus departments. Prepares, reviews and approves any program-related logistical documentation ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professional presentation of the communication. Begins and maintains communication with the executive clients before, during and following the program, as appropriate. Serves as the single Thunderbird point of contact for any event-related questions from the clients. Addresses executive groups during the event with a variety of logistical updates as well as provides general direction to the executive clients to ensure they remain on schedule throughout the event. Responds to the clients' requests and comments before, during and following the event. Conducts company or client research; assists sales team with miscellaneous project research and implementation.
