Serve in simultaneous leadership roles in sister companies in declining financial market. Direct a team of loan officers; perform all HR and supervisory/training duties. Author reports and documents. Managed appraisers’ reports for lender compliance for 10-person team of loan processors. Mange database of 3,000 appraisals and review each for errors. In downsizing company, paid off all debt and allowed final employee to obtain another job. Implemented monthly cost savings measures of $600 by switching telephone service provider; $700 by leasing out excess office space; $3,000 by restructuring commission payouts for officers.
