Client: State Department - As a Senior Business Analyst July 2006 – October 2007 Responsible for gathering requirements and creating the SRS for the Diversity Visa System (DVIS) and the Petition Information Management System (PIMS). Provided quality assurance support testing the DVIS and PIMS software before they were released to the State Department for review and approval. Provided quality assurance support testing software before they were released to IV&V for review and approval. •Gathered and documented requirements, using an iterative and incremental approach, which was used on the program to ensure high collaboration with the client and software development teams. •Created FRD for PIMS using CMMI, SDLC and RUP processes. •Entered Requirements and Business Rules and linking them in Requisite Pro. •Created use cases. •Updated the SRS located in Clear Case. •Responded to CCRs in Clear Quest. Client: Federal Communications Commission (FCC) - As a Business Analyst September 2003 – July 2006 Provided technical guidance and support for Software Development Life Cycle Methodology for the FCC’s Remedy and Knowledge Management development projects. Created and maintained user guides, quick references and training materials for the systems. Provided quality assurance support testing software before it was released to the FCC for staff review and approval. Tracked and documented software change requests, the software development plan, and coordination of Configuration Control Board and Project Status meetings as required by the FCC. Provided support to the contract for financial and feasibility studies related to Auctions and Licensing support. Worked directly with technical staff to develop an enterprise wide IT strategy to support the FCC’s goals and vision. •Documented workflows and procedures using Visio and MS Word. •Documented meeting requirements per client’s request. •Performed analysis and review of process and system changes. •Created Remedy User Guides in Camtasia.
