Daily Duties at Business Genetics:

Integral in performing and executing the eXtended Business Modeling Language (xBML™) methodology. Responsible for leading and scribing a project using xBML at the FDA which will harmonize all the centers and groups to utilize one process for registration. This involves understanding and applying the xBML language and methodology to model the FDA’s current state processes, analyzing that current state for opportunities for improvement, preparing and presenting summary findings to Client management, modeling an improved future state, and preparing and presenting future state to Client management.
