Daily Duties at Quantum Information Systems:
Perform system analysis, eliciting and defining requirements, design, testing, and implementation supporting the QIS payroll enterprise system. Lead JAD sessions with development and QA teams. Maintain and track requirements and business rules using ReqPro. Define user requirements for configuration changes and enhancements. Provide comprehensive system support, configuration, maintenance and third tier technical helpdesk support. • Maintain lifecycle documentation including: Baseline requirements matrix (BRM), System Requirement Specification (SRS) document, Flow charts and training material. • Collaborate with developers and test engineers on strategic designs and test plans. Serve as a liaison between user community and the developers
