Tasked to identify and track all IT integration costs and synergies resulting from the takeover and consolidation of Symbol Technologies into Motorola. Review Motorola’s allocation methodologies and their impact on the reorganized Enterprise Mobility Business (Formerly Symbol). Involved in all aspects of the budget process. Responsible for G/L entries, the monthly close and the account reconciliation processes for both the IT and Marketing & Advertising Divisions using Symbols SAP financial accounting system.
