Daily Duties at Corespine Institute:

Over saw all hiring, orientation and training for back-office nursing staff. Oversaw all HR files and OSHA training programs for employees. Performed monthly chart audits for various compliance standards. Performed all initial RN assessments which generated 5-6 typed report sent to worker's compensation case managers. Maintained weekly updates with worker's compensation nurses and MD's. Ordered all supplies for front and back office. Oversaw equipment purchases and medical device contracts.
