Daily Duties at All Access Home Health, Inc,:

Oversee daily direction and management of all team members. Coordinate care with numerous service providers, patients, family and physician. Organize and lead team conference meetings. Oversee compliance and accuracy for chart audits. Maintain compliance of HR employee files. In charge of hiring, orientation and training of new CHHA, LVN and RN's. Performs educational in-services of all identified topics identified in helping maintain safe nursing practice.
