Daily Duties at Restoration Hardware:
• Specific duties include maximizing profitability, opening/closing, inventory control, receiving and pricing merchandise, personalized sales, extensive customer service, problem solving, effective merchandising and visual display, daily cash management, preparing daily and weekly sales reports, loss prevention, and maintaining high standards of service to ensure repeat business. • Supervise a staff of 20 full and part-time sales associates, with responsibility for training, scheduling, delegating assignments, motivating, conducting staff meetings, and payroll/time sheets.
