Managed multiple local IBM servers in a Windows Server 2003 networked environment as part of the ADP corporate WAN. Maintained daily backups using CA Brightstore on an IBM TS 3100 tape library. Coordinated and secured data backups for contracted offsite courier pickup. Administrated IPSwitch Secure FTP servers Administrated VPN access using RSA SecureID fobs. Maintained Avaya phone system and Octel voicemail system at user-level. Provided user-level desktop support using Oracle CRM ticketing software. Successfully migrated from Novell to Windows Active Directory environment with minimal downtime and zero data loss. Installed and managed Safeguard Enterprise encryption software on all company laptops. SAS70 trained for annual audit.
