Daily Duties at Real Property Systems:
Oversee and participate in achieving community income and occupancy goals. Responsible for all property rent collections, bookkeeping, and accounts payable department. Reduce property delinquency. Operate within quartly budget to achieve goals. Assist in mentoring and training new leasing consultants in effectively marketing the community. Assume responsibility for all operational activity when manager is not available. Oversee and negotiate lease renewals.
