• Innovatively accomplished the largest rebranding program in history of the hospitality industry ($150 million of Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express signage at over 2500 locations throughout the United States, Canada and Central America) • Performed forensic investigations of structural engineering systems, foundations, building envelope infiltrations, construction/manufacturing defects, and electrical systems to formulate liability assessment and desirable solutions • Validated engineering software that was in place upon my arrival; wrote program code to update the software to meet current codes • Served as intermediary excelling in conflict resolution to enhance client/vendor relations and mutual trust • Systematically trained 15 program managers to become adept in areas of relationship development, technical aptitude, financial efficiencies, conflict resolution, and organizational skills. • Developed efficient business logic for web portal interface and project management computer programs • Composed and fluently presented material to educate corporate executives of over 20 nationally recognized companies with regards to program standards and systems, and introduced insightful methods to increase profits • Evaluated manufacturing vendors and suppliers in order to provide counsel to increase productivity, profitability and improve performance and results
