Daily Duties at United States Developmental Program:
In Kabul, Afghanistan, at Independent Administrative Reform & Civil Service Commission as a National Advisor (UNDP) & Acting Director of the Design and Delivery Department, based on a need analysis, with my team, I designed training manuals for the Afghan Civil Service employees. I designed a manual ‘Good Governance’ for the Deputy Governors. Those manuals have been used for the Deputy Governors (fifteen at the time) in the newly founded Afghanistan Civil Service Institute.
