Daily Duties at Ballard Medical Products:
- Completed all work as scheduled, ensured that machines were fully operational by due date. - Improved the performance of equipment designed and built by in-house engineers. Updated medical equipment in collaboration with Automation engineering and also helped them with the design. - Developed a spare parts list for some of equipment, at the same time helped maintenance personnel develop spare parts lists. - Trained maintenance personal to improve their trouble shooting skill. - Revived a very complex machine (built by a vendor) to run two different devices. Resulted in reduced head count (22 people) in production line. - Helped save 5% in the spare parts procurement process through technical consulting.
