Daily Duties at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center:
The department I worked in was called the 'float pool'. this work force was called upon to staff other departments which were short-handed do to various reasons. As a float nurse I worked almost all departments; emergency room,, several ICU's, pediatrics, oncology, med-surg, mental health, and telementry units. I also worked as the "IV' nurse do to my profiency in this skill.
