• Member of Partner Placement and Mergers Division • Placed Partners in the New York , New Jersey, and Atlanta markets • Marketed and introduced the search firm to the Altanta and New Jersey markets • Responsible for all aspects of the placement including but not limited to cold calling, scheduling and conducting candidate and client meetings, negotiating compensation, and closing deals • Maintained candidate and client databases • Established relationships with small to midsize law firms whereby our services were used to assist the law firms internal growth
