Daily Duties at Patriarch Partners, Llp:

• Provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting for the fund’s needs both internally and for its portfolio companies c-suite roles • Conferred with senior leadership to draft detailed search assignments, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and business requirements • Developed and maintained strong working relationships with hiring managers, team leaders/members, vendors, and community organizations, to create partnerships that yielded success, predictable results and credibility • Cultivated and maintained a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders • Reviewed resumes and prescreened candidates for appropriateness of skills, knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements • Managed, coordinated, and conducted the candidate interview process • Prepared candidates for interviewing with the company and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation-setting. • Organized, lead, and documented post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates • Performed detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviewed results with team leaders • Extended offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the VP of Talent Acquisition and within the guidelines of the company’s compensation policy • Consulted with VP of Talent Acquisition and COO on final candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation and closing • Conducted follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires • Maintained accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required • Utilized effective communicative approaches that included, proactively, keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts both verbally and in written form in a timely fashion • Maintained and updated innovative recruiting techniques and recent trends in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
