Coached the lecturers to operate their new established courses from registration to graduation; designed transcripts for Kabul University’s Master Programs; revised the Hand book for the Masters Program in Public Policy and Administration; wrote agendas for different occasions and supervised the process; designed a teaching plan to be a model for years to come for the computer centers of Kabul University, Kabul Medical University and Kabul Polytechnic; helped with the speakers presentations; collected reports to submit to the supervisor; initiated the filling system, assisted with fillings and consult the coordinators regarding record keeping, files to be completed with the proper educational documents, confidentiality , etc. And I served twice as acting Chief of Party in the absence of my supervisor.
