Daily Duties at Crystal View Technology:
Rationalized applications from 16 different organizations to create consolidated HQ portfolio. Certified and Verified applications for entry into record management database. Assisted in establishing process for new application submission/consideration for portfolio. Coordinated with Functional Area Managers (FAM) to reconcile current applications against approved list. Assisted with identifying applications as Enterprise consolidation candidates. Completed software/asset inventory for all sites in organization.
