Develop project plans, coordinate timelines and resources, monitor project schedules and funding for wireless communication program. Manage multi-million dollar communications contracts. Provide management oversight to communications project team. Regularly interface with high level management to ensure that projects are aligned with enterprise vision. Develop and evaluate policies for wireless communication system to ensure all aspects of system life cycle are documented and in compliance. Develop informational briefs and executive summaries as required for leadership.
