Manage an in-house enginnering staff and six engineering companies to design a $2 billion commerical size oil shale facility including retort, mine, construction camp. Inteface with the U.S. Synthetic Fuels Corporation's technical staff to obtain funding for commerical retort. Conducted feasibilty studies of foreign clients oil shale.
