Represent the Company in negotiating: A federal facility cleanup agreement between DOE, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Clean Water permit renewal. Colorado Water Quality Control Commission rulemaking hearings. Supervised outside counsel in Equal Employment Opportunity cases, labor arbitration. Advise management in Privacy Act and Freedom of Information Act., whistleblower regulations, medical records, garnishments, layoffs and empolyee conflict issues.
