• Developed and implemented strategies for customer service and sales for ten direct reports and approximately one-hundred eighty indirect reports. • Successfully maintained number one team status in sales for over one year. • Selected as initial team member for National Quality Process Improvement Team, increased quality scores to 88%, goal 87%. • Member of the National Quality Communications Team. • Responsible for Quality Training for New Hire classes, contributing to successful quality scores. • Chairperson for National Recognition Program for local Citi Cards site of over 1,300 employees. Within first year and a half over 500 employees recognized for outstanding performance. • Member of the National Citi Cards Recognition Team. • Selected as one of the initial members of the National Customer Service Customer Contact Survey project.
