Daily Duties at Accent Marketing:
• Clients included Humana Health programs including Humana Aging In Place, Humana Agent Support and Humana Active Outlook. • Acting GM for a total of five months; maintained 95% green KPI’s for duration. • As Operations Manager managed day to day operations for fourteen programs for outsource contact center. • Responsible for the development and success of six direct reports and 250 in- direct reports. • Drove sales and customer service by developing Pay for Performance program creating Quality Call observation program, Developed and implemented manager development programs and created the Rewards and Recognition program, focusing on the customer experience and employee development. • Supported all aspects of new program implementation via partnership with training and human resource departments including instituting hiring strategies and new program training curriculum development. • Member of the Accent National quality team that developed updated quality reporting strategies supporting an enhanced customer experience. Streamlined processes to support each individual in house program.
